Amongst yet Marginal

Dreams, fantasies and traumas have always been an inspiration to me. Thus, in  my works, I try to build images that are as fragmented as personal; images that  are reminiscent of these sources, like pieces of a suppressed whole, or invalid  translations of an unreadable text. My paintings refer mainly to spaces which, although theatrical, are liminal spaces between scenes and not the dramatic climaxes themselves: spaces like roads leading to the taking place of incomplete dialogues, always in  transformation, and not as a private and personal space but  rather a living flow among us all; a living flow of a desire towards destruction, rebirth, and everlasting change.
